Birth Planning & Preparation

Every birth is unique, and your plan should reflect your values, preferences, and needs.
In our Birth Planning & Preparation sessions, we’ll work together to:

Explore your birth options and preferences in any setting (home, birth center, hospital)
Discuss comfort measures, positions, and coping techniques for each stage of labor
Help your partner feel confident in their role and supportive techniques
Create a written birth plan to communicate your wishes to your care team
Talk through “what if” scenarios so you feel prepared for changes if needed
Build confidence through personalized education and hands-on practice

This service is included for all birth doula clients and is also available as a stand-alone session for families who want a guided, supportive approach to birth planning.

Prenatal Stretch, Grounding & Breathwork

Included Alignment Focused stretching Session (in partnership with Aubrey Burnett @ Body and Soul) As part of your doula package, you’ll enjoy a complimentary prenatal friendly stretch and meditation session
This gentle, tailored class is designed to:

Support your body’s strength and flexibility during pregnancy
Encourage relaxation and breath awareness for labor
Offer mindful movement that connects you with your growing baby

While I’m based just outside Wichita, KS, I joyfully serve families throughout the surrounding areas — and I’m happy to travel to support your birth. Whether you’re in the city, suburbs, or rural communities, I bring the same dedication, care, and presence right to you.

One Thousand Waters is rooted in a ministry heart — serving families with compassion, peace, and the belief that birth is a sacred beginning. My role is not just to provide comfort measures, but to be a steady, prayerful presence that reminds you you’re not walking this journey alone.

Continuous emotional and informational support from the moment your agreement is signed
2 prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, and preparation
Personalized birth plan creation and assistance
Birth partner coaching and support
Continuous physical, emotional, and spiritual support during active labor and birth
1–2 hours immediate postpartum support
1 postpartum visit within the first two weeks
Continuous postpartum informational support
Access to my resource library and referrals
Complimentary prenatal yoga session at Body & Soul with Aubrey
Complimentary Birth Box after baby has arrived

Pricing Flexibility:
I understand that every family’s circumstances are unique. I am happy to discuss payment plans or adjustments when needed, so cost is never the barrier to you having the support you deserve.
