At One Thousand Waters, I walk beside you through the sacred journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
From your first consultation to your first weeks at home, I provide personalized birth doula support—emotional encouragement, physical comfort measures, and practical guidance tailored to your needs. My role is to help you feel informed, empowered, and surrounded by peace, whether you’re preparing for birth, in the midst of labor, or adjusting to life with your newborn.

In addition to doula services, I offer a curated line of handmade herbal bath soaks, soaps, and postpartum wellness products—in collaboration with Amarei Bath and Body. Included also is Prenatal stretch and infant massage sessions with Aubrey Burnett at Body and Soul Studios. And so much more. Learn more

Experience nurturing support for birth and postpartum in a serene environment.

Birth Doula Support

Compassionate, continuous support from pregnancy through birth. Includes prenatal visits, on-call availability, comfort measures during labor, and advocacy for your preferences in any birth setting.

Postpartum Care

Gentle, in-home support for your recovery and transition into parenthood. Light meal prep, newborn care guidance, emotional check-ins, and help with household tasks so you can focus on bonding and healing.

One-on-one sessions to prepare you and your partner for labor, birth, and newborn care. Includes comfort techniques, partner coaching, and personalized birth plan guidance.
