Birth Planning & Preparation

Every birth is unique, and your plan should reflect your values, preferences, and needs.
In our Birth Planning & Preparation sessions, we’ll work together to:

• Explore your birth options and preferences in any setting (home, birth center, hospital)

• Discuss comfort measures, positions, and coping techniques for each stage of labor

• Help your partner feel confident in their role and supportive techniques

• Create a written birth plan to communicate your wishes to your care team

• Talk through “what if” scenarios so you feel prepared for changes if needed

• Build confidence through personalized education and hands-on practice

This service is included for all birth doula clients and is also available as a stand-alone session for families who want a guided, supportive approach to birth planning.

Prenatal Stretch, Grounding & Breathwork

Included Alignment Focused stretching Session (in partnership with Aubrey Burnett @ Body and Soul) As part of your doula package, you’ll enjoy a complimentary prenatal friendly stretch and meditation session
This gentle, tailored class is designed to:

• Support your body’s strength and flexibility during pregnancy

• Encourage relaxation and breath awareness for labor

• Offer mindful movement that connects you with your growing baby
