Birth Planning & Preparation
Every birth is unique, and your plan should reflect your values, preferences, and needs.
In our Birth Planning & Preparation sessions, we’ll work together to:
Explore your birth options and preferences in any setting (home, birth center, hospital)
Discuss comfort measures, positions, and coping techniques for each stage of labor
Help your partner feel confident in their role and supportive techniques
Create a written birth plan to communicate your wishes to your care team
Talk through “what if” scenarios so you feel prepared for changes if needed
Build confidence through personalized education and hands-on practice
This service is included for all birth doula clients and is also available as a stand-alone session for families who want a guided, supportive approach to birth planning.
Prenatal Stretch, Grounding & Breathwork
Included Alignment Focused stretching Session (in partnership with Aubrey Burnett @ Body and Soul) As part of your doula package, you’ll enjoy a complimentary prenatal friendly stretch and meditation session
This gentle, tailored class is designed to:
Support your body’s strength and flexibility during pregnancy
Encourage relaxation and breath awareness for labor
Offer mindful movement that connects you with your growing baby

Travel: Serving Wichita, KS and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply outside 75 miles.

Prenatal Visits (2–3) – We’ll prepare for birth together, covering comfort measures, labor positions, and your personalized birth plan.
Unlimited Text & Call Support – From the time of booking until 2 weeks postpartum, I’m available for encouragement, quick answers, and reassurance.
Prenatal Stretch Session with Aubrey at Body & Soul Studio – A guided prenatal yoga/stretch session designed to help you connect with your body, ease discomfort, and prepare for labor.
Continuous Birth Support – I will be with you through active labor, birth, and immediate postpartum to provide calm, steady care for you and your partner.
Immediate Postpartum Support – Emotional grounding, newborn assistance, and help with that first golden hour.
'Welcome Baby' Box – A curated gift of nurturing items to help you feel supported right from the start.
Postpartum Visit (in-home) – Processing your birth, feeding support, recovery guidance, and family care.
Light Postpartum Services – Meal prep, light cleaning, and newborn/family support tailored to your needs.
Includes a $250 non-refundable retainer to secure your due date.
'The Still Waters' Virtual Support Package
Virtual Birth and Post-Partum Package - $350

Prenatal Support
Two private video calls (45–60 minutes each) to walk through your birth preferences, comfort measures, and prepare you and your support team.
Personalized birth plan guidance to help you feel confident and clear.
Continuous Communication
Unlimited text and voice message support from the time of booking through two weeks postpartum.
Encouragement, quick answers, and resources when you need a calm voice of reassurance.
Postpartum Care
One postpartum video check-in (45 minutes) to talk through recovery, feeding, newborn care, and emotional support.

One Thousand Waters is rooted in a ministry heart — serving families with compassion, peace, and the belief that birth is a sacred beginning. My role is not just to provide comfort measures, but to be a steady, prayerful presence that reminds you you’re not walking this journey alone.
What’s Included:
This package provides the same full level of prenatal and birth support as my Living Waters Package — from personalized prenatal preparation to continuous support throughout labor and birth. It also includes postpartum virtual check-ins to ensure you feel nurtured, encouraged, and supported in recovery.
The Flowing Grace Package is offered as part of my ministry, with a pay-what-you-can approach.
